Call Center Forecasting Model

This application is currently under design and construction. More project details will be provided following completion of the project.

This application will allow a forecasting algorithm to be run on a desktop application. A subsequent phase will take the calculational logic and make it available over the internet.

The desktop application tools used were Visual Basic 6.0, Visual C++ and Access/97. The web based application will use portions of the desktop application along with a website utilizing Windows/NT Server, IIS, ASP and SQL/Server.
